best quality external hard drive enclosures?

Which brand is best when it comes to quality?

I just don't want to have to buy another one in a year if the power supply fails or something.

Tons of options out there but I'm not that knowledgeable on which brands are good.

Just a basic 3.5", IDE, FW400/USB 2, but good build quality.
