Best RAM and 7200RPM Hard drive for new MacBook (white-unibody)?

I'm thinking about upgrading memory (from 2gb to 4gb) and hard drive (to 7200rpm) on my new MacBook. I'd appreciate any suggestion on which memory and hard drive (7200RPM) is best (brand name, website, pros/cos, etc.). Thanks in advance!

I got my ram and hyatachi 320 gig 7200rpm HD from OWC. They have videos to show you how to install.

My early 2009 white Macbook runs great with the upgrades.
