Best Remote Screen Sharing App for iPad Pro

Hi,

I'm trying to work out which is the best Remote Desktop / screen sharing app.
Effectively using the iPad Pro as a screen.

My setup:
Mac Mini
iPad Pro

Criteria:
Should work over Wifi
(with minimal lag).

Must also work over USB / Lightning
(with no lag for proper work).

Preferably work with an iPad keyboard
(to give the option of using it instead of a Mac keyboard linked to the Mac mini).

Possibly also be able to work out of the LAN (as well as within LAN to use remotely over the Internet as well as within the house).

Have a completely clean screen (with no interruptions on screen so it appears exactly like a normal monitor).

Support different resolutions (to use retina or scaled resolutions).

TeamViewer ?

Although it's gone buggy on me - showing 'double' cursors now and I can't work out why.

I couldn't get screens to work from outside the home. I didn't play very long as Teamvieer worked fine at the time
