Best Replacement Earphones for iPhone w/ speaker hole?

So as with all ear phones that I use they seem to die within a few months. One of the ear phones will just stop working or something.

The ones that came with my iPhone obviously have the speaker on the cord so you can talk into them when on the phone and taking a call. What are some alternative headphones to use that have this same feature so I can answer calls with them in?
