I've become a witness to the power adapter failure recently and need to purchase a replacement, but don't know whether to buy straight from retail (Apple, Best Buy, etc) or if there is a cheaper solution. Paying $80+ for a replacement is a lot of cash to pay but I just wanted to ask before making the purchase. Any one that can point me in the direction of a good and reasonably priced AC adapter replacement?

I bought a refurbished original adapter on eBay for $30. Came with a 90-day warranty, too. I've had it for about a year now, and it works just fine.
