best screen recorder for macs/windows?

Whats the best screen recorder for macs and windows because i dual booted and I do reviews of programs on youtube. I currently use screenium but was just wondering is there something better?

edit: and windows? Hmm. I should read more lol. I don't know a good one for Windows, but Snapz Pro X is great for OS X.
