Best Screen Recorder for Minecraft?

Do you guys know the best screen recorder for Minecraft? I use ScreenFlow 3 and it's very laggy.

Telestream hinted on twitter that Screenflow 5 might be more speedy as in less CPU used which probably will boost gaming framerate by 5 percent hypothetically. You might also want to try Camtasia. I think there is a trial.

What about the built in Quicktime application? Not good enough? It works well for me mostly.

It feels laggier than ScreenFlow, I averaged around 15FPS with QuickTime.

Ok.. QuickTime is probably not the most optimised app for recording games.
