Best Screen Recording Software For Mac

Hey Guys,

I just got my first ever mac today,
I was wondering what i could record my screen with that is FREE

I know that screenflow is probably the best out there but i dont want to pay for it.

I would just like to record my screen in good quality and edit it in iMovie.

It is already on your Mac, assuming it is new with Snow Leopard. Start Quicktime X and go to File menu and click New Screen Recording.
