I have the K380 with the M350 Logitech mouse. Both work great and fit very nicely in a backpack or tablet bag. I’m very happy with them. Also, very simple to pair with your iPad. There are 2 versions: one for Mac and one for Windows (I believe that you can use the one for Windows with Mac or iPad, but the other one has the same keys as Apple).

I have a Satechi Compact Keyboard. I got it for use with my 2018 Mac Mini. It can be paired with up to three devices, and is switchable via key press. I use it with my 2018 iPad Pro and my iPhone XS. Other than a now slightly annoying (as I’ve gotten used to it) delay when it hasn’t been used for a while (to extend battery life) I’m quite pleased with it.

Good luck whatever you go with.

I’ve tried a couple, but for an external iPad keyboard, I like the Magic Keyboard—just the normal keyboard that comes with Apple, not the one Apple released last year. It’s the same one that goes with the iMac.

You can get a carrying case for it that doubles as a stand for $15. Fintie Magic Case. It’s probably not for everyone, but I like it.

Good luck!
