OK, I will be getting an appleTV. I have a 500 gig hard drive now, and have already started handbreaking my DVDs in preperation. Also on this drive is my time-machine backup for my imac. About 200 gig is being used for backup.

Now, I will probably need at lest 500 gig for my existing movies, but would like to have 1TB available.

I was thinking about getting time capsule and using that for the wi-fi and the movies (which I don't need backed up because I have hard copies..although it would SUCK to reencode all the titles in the een of a crash)

So, using the 1TB time capsule and my 500 gig western digital, what would be the best way to do this?
I say time capsule as my movie server and Wi-FI, and keep the 500 gig backing up my imac, where my music and photos live.

Thoughts?
