Best simple picture editor

Hey guys

I am new to all this mac stuff, I just have a very quick question regarding finding a simple graphic editing program. I've got photoshop but I want something simple for them quick resize moments ? basically a microsoft paint for mac. What are the alternatives ?

I agree! Preview is great for quick cropping, resizing, annotating, rotating, color adjustment, copy & paste editing, etc.
