Hi guys,
i have a second 8gb 3G iPhone that's pretty messed up cosmetically with no warranty left. The silent switch is broken off(the chrome piece), that area where said switch is located and volume control is slightly bent exposing a sliver(dime size) of the internal parts. The back housing is scratched up with cracks by the charger area and by the headphone jack and the beveled chrome edge is scratched with various dents from being dropped and the sim card tray is mangled by the hole where you insert a pin to eject it.
This iPhone has seen better days. Internally everything works fine, battery, OS, speakers, and hell the face of it is somewhat pristine with very light scratches on it.
I've decided to sell this thing on Craigslist or Kijiji but before I do so I plan to fix it up prior to selling it. Here's a list of the things I need....
Back housing
Chrome edge
Silent switch
Sim Card tray
I've done a little skimming on google for these parts and a glance at ebay. Other than the 2 first sites listed off of google for 'iPhone parts' is there another site that anyone suggests I get the said parts from?
I live in Canada(Toronto) but if the shipping is free from anywhere in the world that would be cool.....
If there are any members that are into selling parts let me know....
