Best sleeve with accessories pocket?

I want to use a sleeve so I feel more comfortable carrying my iPad around and I'd like one with a decent pocket so I could carry the charger and stylus with it. Any opinions on best option?

I've read kickstarter is making one, there's a thread on here talking about what they're making. I think they are looking for more funds to continue or something like that

I use a Swiss Army Netbook sleve for everyday travel to hold the Ipad and it accessories when it inside the daypack i carry around everyday .

It basically carrys the following items
the ipad inside the main compactment
the outside pocket holds the following items
the ipad power brick and usb cord
a set of earphone's in carrying case
a bottle of screen cleaner spray and cleaning cloth
aftermarket travel cell phone power cord & power brick
