Best sleeve?

Having heard time finding a sleeve for iPad. Stores only seem to carrying sleeves for MBA. Looking to use Smartcover and just transport in a sleeve.

I was also going to say sfbags. I have their suede jacket that's made to fit the iPad 2/3 with smart cover. I got it for my iPad 2, it fits my new iPad with the smart cover just fine as well.
