I have a couple of questions about what kind of website creating software is best for a mac. Im making a site for my Ghosthunting group, so a lot of pics, audio and video. Whats some of the best software out there? How is iWeb? Can you publish to anything other than .Mac? Heres an example of sites I have made, get back to me.

Macromedia Dreamweaver

I vote for Dreamweaver. I have MX2004 suite and I am learning this comprehensive web site creation program. If you buy the suites, you can get other supporting software such as Firework (vector graphics), Flash and others.

Sorry, but someone has to say it. Just use a text editor of your choice. I like SubEthaEdit and TextWrangler.

Dreamweaver.

It doesnt really mess up your code but it makes a lot of coding quicker. Like importing video and images and expermenting with layout. Especially if you are using CSS
