Hey folks, running Mac OSX 10.6.6 with iWork 09 and wondering if by using what I have on here, which is the best bit of software to create a 2 page simple website and a couple of tranparent .gifs for use as logos?

Or if there isnt any suitable software on my laptop already, can anyone suggest any freeware?

Thanks in advance,

JB

Hey thanks, iWeb looks just the ticket, cheers!

How about any software for a logo?

Thanks very much

James

Are you creating the logo from scratch? Do you have a logo that you need to make transparent?

Sorry, I should of given more information!

I have found a great font online, (which 99% of the people who view wont have installed on their computer) that I want to make a logo out of.

So basically its just to write the word, and save as transparent gif so I can use on different colour backgrounds.... hope that makes sense,

cheers

Pixelmator might also be a good option. Maybe it has a good demo version you could try.
