Ok, so I'm about to flip around my hard drive, and I just advice on the best way to go about doing this. I currently have 2 partitions for snow leopard and bootcamp, but with Lion coming out I'm going to be making a third. The reason is I still have a couple of apps that need rosetta (mainly old blizzard games).

So heres what I want to do. I'd prefer to move most of the stuff I use (mainly itunes library and applications) on my soon to be lion partition. I however want to keep the powerpc apps on my leopard partition. What do you guys think would be the best option to do this, without filling up my hard drive with apps I'll have on both partitions. Thanks!
