Best sound bars available?

Hi,

I was wondering what people thought the best sound bars available to buy were?

Preferable if they were active (power + amplified) and not just loudspeakers.
Around 400mm in width.

I like these Loewe ones but possibly too big and dont think there active and also cant find much info Link here

I also like the Bang and Olufsen sound bars but I dont want the display or anything, just the powered sound. so basically what pc speakers do but in a sound bar
