Best SSD for macbook 2010

I have a Macbook 2010 RAM : 6GB
and i want to buy a SSD but i am not sure what is the best one for my mac

Also another Q : I got on my MacBook $700 from one of my friends
should i sell it !!
because i am thinking to sell it and buy new MacBook pro 13 i7
