Best SSD for mid 2009 13" MBP?

I am looking to get an SSD for my 09' 13" MBP (SATA 2) and i have a couple of questions.

1 - Can SATA 2 ssd be used on a SATA 3 machine(i.e. MBP 2011) and vice versa cas SATA 3 ssd be used in a SATA 2 machine?

2 - Wich one should i go for:

Intel 320 Series 120GB 2.5" SATA2 3Gb/s Solid State Drive - 120$
Intel 320 Series 160GB 2.5" SATA2 3Gb/s Solid State Drive - 150$
OCZ (VTX3-25SAT3-120G) Vertex 3 2.5" 120GB SATA3 6GB/s - 150$
Corsair Force Series 3 120GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Drive - 125$

The price is not an issue but i would like to be able to use the drive on my next MBP (planning on getting one in mid 2012)

I bought this one from OWC and am very happy with it. It's Sata III and it works fine in my mid 2009 MBP?
