Best status bar notifier for iPhone 4?

Well, I think the free version only acts as a stock notification popup-blocker and "trapper" of all these notifications in a single place: the Notified app.
The "pro" version gives you access to these trapped notifications from anywhere, usually via the status bar pull-down or via some other Activator gesture, and also, yes, gives you various notification plug-ins/types/styles, the Pre-style bars that slide up from the bottom, the status bar notification that covers your status bar with the text from the popup and, soon, these status bar notifier icons.

I just want the statusbar icons. I would end up turning everything else off. I have a hack that dismissing all notifications by pressing the home button.
^Can you give a link to that hack? I wanna do the same. I just want high res notifier icons, and a clock that will show up in my menubar with a clear lockscreen.
notified pro wont work with bitesms which stinks. but everything else is working great. my only gripe is it doesnt clear itself out when I check the notifications I have to manually clear it out every few hours.
do you have bite set as the default with quick reply on? I cant get notified to grab the messages from bite as they come in. Ive tried 4.99 and 5.0 beta 2. if I turn bite as default to off then itll work but for me the whole purpose of bite is quick reply. so i wanted it to show the messages in the status bar then when i slide the window down and select the message the QR pops up. no such luck tho.
how can i get just the status bar notifications in hi-res like notifier used to do for older iphones? cant be that hard right??
Notifier needs to be re-done because its glitchy for some (including me). The icons need to be re-done, which is probably why no ones bothered to pick the project up.
So, unless you have great photoshop skills, theres no hope for that tweak anymore.
I turn off pop up notifications from biteSMS, and use only the status icon bubble.
