thinkorswim app from TD Ameritrade is hands down the best stock app for iOS as well as for the Mac OS X. You might need to have an Ameritrade account, but not completely sure. I have one.

If an account is required and you don't want one there take a look at stockidealpro. That's a good stock app as well.
