Best task/todo app?

Hello!

I just bought an iPhone and I'm looking for a full-featured tasks application. I used and loved Astrid on Android and I'm looking for something similar.

What I need:
-Priority levels
-Deadlines (alerts not necessary)
-Time spent on task

What I'd like:
-Task count on the home screen (like To Do's)
-"Whenever you can" tasks

Budget is unlimited.

I loved appigo's ToDo used it forever. I then ran across 2Do and I have to say I find it much better. Excellent!!
