General Best Tethering App/Tweak?

Hey guys, I've done some research, but still can't find out what tethering app I should download. I've read a lot of stories about people being caught by AT&T when tethering using MyWi. I was just wondering which app
(PDANet, TetherMe, etc.) you guys think works the best and will keep you from being detected by your carrier.

i hope they update pdanet i used it for a year and it was fine no texts from att with hide tether. As of right now i guess it crashes the phone

From what I can tell, TetherMe and MyWi are your only options. Both are paid apps.
