I'd second Jaku--it's worth the couple of bucks it will cost. But if you're determined to find something free and like that style, Google for Edius HD instead (you'll find it over on MacThemes). It's by the same creator and is similar enough that many of us mix icons from both themes together.

Boy is that a loaded question. NextGen UI is free and it really makes your phone UI look like nothing else. A popular "old school" one is Buuf. And for an Android look you could go with a Winterboard or Dreamboard look with "Endroid" or Windows 8 or even BlackBerry.
