I'm thinking about buying more memory. Is there a best time that would give me the lowest prices? I know memory isn't as expensive as it was before, but I still would like to save money.

Thanks.

Right, unless you want it today.

In that case, then today is the best time to buy technology.

Also, sometimes tomorrow is the right day to bring technology back to the store and get a refund because your wife found out and smacked you over the head with a flounder.

Not that I'm speaking from experience or anything....

:)

when its on sale / when you can afford it / your birthday / :D

PS. or you could read MacAgent84's post if you want an answer that is actually helpful :D

I would venture to say that DDR2 is not going to go down much in price in the next 6 months, and possibly DDR3 will go down, but if you are only doing a 4GB upgrade to a MacBook then you probably aren't going to benefit much more than a hundred dollars in savings, if that. If you really want the memory, buy it now. Why wait so long only to save a hundred dollars or less?
