Best Times to check for restock for in-store pickup

What are the best times to check online to pick up a phone in store? Im in the chicagoland area and looking for a iphone 6s+ if that makes a difference

8:00am local time or after 12:00 pm noon.

Got 6s+ twice by checking the site around 11:30-2 on two separate occasions.

I checked my local Apple Store today at 2:30pm. They had the AT&T 128GB Space Grey 6S Plus that I wasn't getting from the online store till the 20-26 of Oct. so I canceled the order and got it from the Apple Store instead. Glad I no longer have to wait for it.
