Best tiny umbrella settings?

I was just wondering how to set up tiny umbrella properly. I am kind of confused which settings are the best, and whether to "request SHSH from cydia" or not.

Uncheck that to save current hashes

Thank you should it be unchecked at all time, or just when a new firmware is released?
