Best torrent program?

I'm after a torrent program for mac tht lets u choose the files u wont to download so u dont have to download the whole package

so far ive used bitrocket and bittorrent which both dont do ths does any1 no1?

If you want a full-featured torrent client, albeit bloated, check out Azureus.
