Best trade in value now or expected around black friday for iPhone 5?

Anyone know the best trade in value now or expected around black friday for an iPhone 5? Target ran a deal recently where they would give you $200 for an iPhone 5 if towards the purchase of a 6s or 6s plus, but it appears that they killed the deal before they ever even got any in stock in any size above 16gb.

Anyone know of any trade in values like this or expect any to come around in black friday, or should I just try to sell the phone on eBay?

I don't know which carrier you have, but I have Verizon, and they just sent me a message, yesterday, saying I could trade in an old phone or an iphone for a gift card or account credit. It says $200 for iPhone 5/5C. Might be worth looking into.

I suspect that many of those t axe in deals will be expiring shortly. I'd jump on that train now, but who knows; I've been wrong before...once or twice.
