What is the best tutorial to using iMovie on iPHone 4 as well as how to upload HD movies to Youtube from your phone

i have never used imovie on mac, but i just made a 280 mb movie on imovie for iphone. i do agree its very very limited, but at the same time, it seems very easy to use. just play around with it and youll get the hang of it.. took me less than 5 minutes to learn everything, unless i missed something :p

Did anyone figure out how to upload or get HD videos of the iPhone yet? everytime I do it the phone compresses the video

I made a detailed video tutorial for iMovie for iPhone4 in the video linked below.

There are instructions on how to upload to youtube from your phone, but you CANNOT upload in HD from your phone (absolutely sucks IMO). You need to import the file to your computer first and then upload to youtube the traditional way. If you upload directly from your phone it will be at a lower resolution.

Thank you so much.

Use the Pixelpipe HD app. It uploads in HD as long as it's not above 200MB..somewhere in the range of 3 minutes or so.

I was just about to post this, good shout. Didn't know about the 200meg limit.

EDIT: Just checked, it's 225mb.

when i make movies for youtube i:

1. Import movie into iMovie
2. select clips or whole video and create new project.
3. export to desktop as h264
4. log into youtube, and upload video.

i think it's pretty self explanitory. :D
