Why wont the people that make these emoji apps UPDATE THEM???

They are fun to use, but they havent been updated in years!

Is there a way we can make our own funny icons?

I seen others with some extra smiley faces that are not in the standard emoji keyboard.
Can anyone can recommend a program where those icons are from?

I know, many of the emojis are outdated, you would think that with the iPhone and its display there would be some better ones out there. I think the animated ones such as the ones from http://www.gummicube.com

are pretty cool. They look sick on my phone
