Best unzip utility?

Hey guys, I was using 'The Unarchiver' but for some reason, it no longer works. When I open it just displays the 'Preferences'. I don't know why. Whenever I try to open a .zip or .rar file that's all it opens. It won't begin the actual unzip process.

What's the best unzip app to use?

1. Get info on Zip file
2. Under "Open with", select one of the other options, such as "Archive Utility"

Test, if it works, then click the "Change All"
