Any recommendations?

I am trying to have 3 independent monitors with my macbook pro (13in 2012 edition) and am thinking that a usb to via would allow this.

However, I am finding that many adapters are not mac compatible. Is there a recommendation to a solution that would allow this? Would a thunderbolt docking station be the way to go?

According to this, the maximum number of Thunderbolt displays your MBP will support is two:

3. How many Apple Thunderbolt Displays can I use with my Mac in OS X?

Would that mean I can use two external and then the built in display?

Any recommendations on a good solution for what I am trying to accomplish?
Yes, you could use 2 external displays along with your internal display. That would give you three. Or were you shooting for a total of 4?
BTW, nice seeing you. Haven't seen you much lately on these forums, or I am just not on them much to notice anymore!
It's good to see you, too! I haven't been as active in recent months... a lot on my plate lately.

I am wanting 2 externals with the built in display.

I know what you mean there but good to see familiar posters still:)
