Hi Guys,

I am upgrading from iPhone 14 Pro Max to iPhone 16 Pro Max and sadly it will be time to put my lightning dock into storage after many years.

I am looking for the best USB-C dock. I don’t want a dock that relies on wireless charging, something small and similar to the original aluminium iPhone lightning dock.

Thanks in advance.

Have you seen this?.... UniDokr

Did you manage to find anything?

I used MagSafe wireless charging on my 14 Pro Max and when I handed it over to my mum the battery health was down to 86% so id rather charge via Type C this time!

Another solution I have thought about is just buying a MagSafe stand and then just plugging my cable in. That way I can still use nightstand.

Ended up just buying a wireless charging dock. The device has AppleCare+ so I’ll just get it replaced when the time comes.

Hey guys, I also wanted to ask: I ordered a 16 Pro and want to hit the ground running with an extra cable in my computer bag. For connecting my iPhone to my MacBook Pro (usb c ports), is that the standard USB C to USB C cable?

Yes that’s correct. USB-C to USB-C.
