Best USB cam for iChat on Mac Mini w/ Tiger

My mom and best friend both have a Mac Mini (Hers is PPC, his is Intel) running Tiger and would like to get a webcam. They are looking to purchase something new (not a used iSight) and something not too expensive... No more than $50-75... Does anyone have experience with something they've really liked and is still available?
