Best Uses for a Promise Pegasus R6

Hi

I just bought a 12TB Pegasus R6 with Thunderbolt connection. I plan to use it to store both my more than 2TB iTunes file as well as a bootable backup drive for my iMac. I don't really need RAID as I already have a DROBO 15TB to backup to.

Any suggestions on the best way to configure this?
