Best Version of Tiger?

No...each update brings stability etc. Although it does take some time for some apps to update for compatibility (AFAIK there are none that work with .6 but not .9, some however are dodgy with .10 for now)
 
I don't think the OP makes much sense. Tiger is Tiger, there haven't been any significant GUI or feature changes in any of the 10.4 updates.

Now if you do want to discuss something of importance I will be the first to point out that I think heated car seats are most excellent.

Steve said they expect most people to get the ultimate edition of Leopard.

Right now I'm using home premium for Tiger.
 
I'm actually gonna go with the basic, I don't think I'd use everything in the ultimate premium supreme version, but who knows :D
