iPod touch Best Video converter?

Does any one know of a really good video converter that can convert just about any file format to mp4 (iPod touch) and has advance features such as increasing the video's contrast, brightness, etc? thanks!

I use a little program called iPodDrop, it is by far the easiest converter I've found. All you do is drag the file you want to convert onto the ipoddrop.exe file and it opens a little command prompt window and goes to work. No BS, just gets the job done nice and quick. Check it out.
