i have some videos in different formats,
so what format should i convert them to for the iPhone ?

If you're converting from DVD, use Handbrake with the iPhone/iPod Touch preset. If you're converting from other video files, use iSquint (as mentioned above) or VisualHub with their iPhone presets.

you can use OJOSoft which does proper conversion...i've used others but they give trouble sometime..
