Best video settings for TikTok

I just want to know the best settings to use for TikTok’s and YouTube shorts on my iPhone 17 Pro max?

Audio is far more important. Get a good mic. Get good lighting. At this point if that’s dialed in 1080p vs 4K won’t matter.
