um seriously, 98% of the examples in the video are holding the phone without blocking both lines. either just above or slightly touching it - none of them are using the death grip.the death grip is just weird, really, who honestly holds a phone like that?!
 
Man iPhone lovers!!! You know it's ok if apple ****s up... They are changing the way we use the phone alright... They are telling us how to hold it... Talk about lack of customization!!!

If I ever drop my iPhone4, and it breaks, I'm going to blame it on having to change my grip as to not drop the call.

I haven't had the loss of signal issue yet, but that's my play. Free insurance, Thanks :apple:

You're asking ME if I want a cookie? It sure seems as though I should be asking the complainers that question. I haven't dropped a call on my iPhone 4. I have maybe dropped 5 calls total with my old iPhone. It sucks you guys are all having issues, but to just hang out on this board and post any article or blog about the iPhones "reception issues" is pretty cheesy. Its obvious its an issues and i'm sure apple will fix it. Whether or not they admit they have to fix it is another issue.
 
you know this really just started out as a funny video thread... but its gotten heated!!! LOL and in all reality, releasing a product that has a design flaw,

its not just a few Iphones, the ones that are not having the problem its because they are close to a central tower!!! and the signal is great enough that you wont drop the call but im sure its getting significantly weaker signal..

so for those of you who arnt standing right below a tower then yes "get a life" LOL what does that even mean!!!????
ive never had a dropped call" yea cause you live probably under a tower

its a flaw in all the iphones so those who are claiming its not are just too proud to admit apple ****ed up HUGE TIME!!!

AT&T in my area of ATL is great. But you've never dropped a call? With any iPhone or just the new one you've had for one day?

His parents bought his iPhone, that's why he doesn't care. If he actually had to shell out the green he'd understand why us with the problems are so pissed.
 
This really is the best video yet. So Apple claims we shouldn't hold it that way, yet they did during their entire promotion of the product. Anyone trying to excuse them for this at this point is just really, really sad...
