Best voice recorder for iPad

Hi,
I am looking for a decent voice/memo recorder for the iPad, something that approximates the native iPhone Voice Memo app. I have done some cursory looking through the app store and all the apps I've seen have had wildly inconsistent reviews. I am a musician and would like to use the iPad to record song ideas as I do on the iphone. I'm not looking for a ton of features, but it would be nice to be able to rename the recordings, to be able to export as mp3 or similar file type and to possibly have the ability to sync wirelessly with my computer. Also something stable and reliable.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Voice Memos is available on the iPad but you need to download it because it's not one of the default apps like it is on the iPhone. Or maybe I've misunderstood -- you're looking for something like Voice Memos but with more features?
