I just started backing up my iPad2 using iCloud, but it's telling me it will take about 5 hours.

Does icloud back up all my Safari bookmarks, etc?

I know it will be much less time if I sync it, but will syncing back everything up to include Safari bookmarks?

Thank you

Of course it's going to take long if you have a lot of stuff. You're uploading it. Uploading is generally slower in every case. 5 hours is normal for the first time.

Best backup is chiseled stone tablets. Backup to iCloud takes a ridiculous amount of time IMO. Your bookmarks should be backed up as long as you have it set to sync with iCloud. Again, like the previous post before mine, you should backup to iTunes and then restore from iTunes to save time.
