My MBP is partitioned with boot camp 25% Mac 75% windows. What's the best backup software I can use that will do a full backup image to an external drive?

I want it to be able to do incremental backup all recently updated documents, photos, videos and music files after the initial full backup is done.

I would like for the backup to be a image file that I can restore to a new Mac I plan to buy or if my drive crash all I would need to do is replace the drive.

Your suggestions and impute would be greatly appreciated.

Time machine with an external drive...........

I saw a post that time machine was not reliable. Someone recommended Carbon Copy Cloner. Any thoughts on this?
