Best way to backup media from an external HD to another external HD?

All of my music and movies, used by itunes, are stored on an external HD. Since all of my media is on an external hard drive, I have been living dangerously by not having a backup. Well, I just bought another 1TB external HD so I am able to backup my media once and for all. The question is, what is the best way to back it up? Should I use superduper to make incremental backups or should I just include my external HD on the list for Time Machine to back up?
