Best way to connect uMBP to TV?

Does anyone know the best cable I can pick up - Apple Store or online (I'm in the UK) for connecting my MBP to a TV with either HDMI or Component?

I want to be able to watch movies I've downloaded through a TV.

Anyone? I don't want to carry around loads of different adapters if I can help it.
