Best way to find trade for iphone 5s?

I got my Note 3 from AT&T in march and it was a lemon. AT&T is sending me a new Note 3, but after 5 months I realize that I am not a fan of the Android platform and want to have an iPhone again.

What is the best avenue for getting this done? I figured that I would either try to sell the Note 3 and then buy a 5s, or look for a trade on Craigslist.

Any other options?

If someone on Craigslist wants to trade you an iPhone for a Note 3, it's a trap

Sell it and buy a 5s after the price drop that will prolly happen when the 6 is announced.
