Best way to format HD on iBook....

hey guys i just sold my ibook, and i need to erase everthing on this HD. Which is the best way to do it? to get it back to "factory" settings as it came???

use disk utility to erase, check on the security options and pick the one you feel matches your level of security, wait a couple of hours, then reinstall the OS. when the machine goes to reboot close the lid. voila a pristine ibook
