I am about to upgrade my 13" Air to a new 13" Pro (retina)

Although I have Time Machine backups I'm considering a clean install on the new machine, simply in order to be sure that any oddities I may have accumulated over time are not transferred to my shiny new machine.

However, I have many thousands of files to transfer (most are on iCloud) Also images and music files. My guess is that once I connect the new machine to iCloud these will all update automatically. What I'm less clear about are my web site favorites, user names, passwords etc. How can I move these over?

I would just use a properly formatted manual backup of your Library folder (should contain website information and keychains) along with the specific images, music, and other files that you want transferred to the new computer.
